You are ready, if you have
fluent knowledge of Portuguese, German and English languages
previous experience in customer services or customer care teams
excellent communication skills
fast technical comprehension
a high level of organizational skills, pro-activity and reliability
very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)

coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints
provide training for key users and ensure continuous support for them in Portuguese, German and English language
establish and maintain customer relations
