Job DescriptionJoin our team and you’ll be responsible for increasing operational efficiency across the EMEA Marketing will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities : OKR process : You make sure the EMEA Marketing team has SMART qarterly OKRs in line with agreed yearly strategic targets & EMEA targets and are the OKR reference point, including leading OKR trainingTeam touchpoints : You are the owner of EMEA Marketing wide meetings and gatherings, making sure teams are prepared, taking responsibility for the moderating and keeping all relevant information from recurring meetings into one shared platformEMEA Marketing onboarding : You maintain and optimise the EMEA Marketing onboarding process, working closely with the People team and the team leads Knowledge management : Together with the Learning and Development team, you empower the Marketing leadership team to lead high quality training sessions on a regular basis and build a library of training sessions that evolves and is adapted to all members of the teamTeam culture : You drive initiatives with the culture ambassadors of the EMEA Marketing team to improve team moral and cohesion and use the results of our regular employee surveys to liaise with our People team on potential projects to improve employee satisfactionQualificationsProfessional experience in a similar role, e.
