Startup Manager (F/M/D)

As a Startup Manager, you'll be actively involved in driving our startups forward and leading them to success. With your experience, you speak the language of startups and know exactly what they need to succeed.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• You will be responsible for guiding and supporting our startup teams from problem-solution fit to product-market fit, as well as achieving initial revenues and/or financing.
• You coach, support, and assist our startups, helping them address weaknesses and connect with relevant resources.
• You are accountable for designing, implementing, and executing lean workshops, trainings, and programs, thereby supporting our founders on their journey from startup to successful market entry.
• You actively build close relationships within our community, to ensure that additional resources are available to us.
• You promote collaboration among the startup teams in our community and help spread success stories.
• You assist in identifying startups and connect them with suitable Campus Founders programs.
• You maintain strong relationships with our program alumni by providing them with updates on offerings and events from Campus Founders.
• You also maintain a presence at various events and cultivate a strong network with founders, startups, and other stakeholders.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You have experience in founding and/or developing a startup in its early stages.
• You possess coaching experience to share your knowledge and best practices with others.
• You have the desire to share your diverse experiences, such as customer or partner acquisition, as well as project management, with others.
• You see yourself as a full stack venture builder and bring knowledge from ideation to scaling startups.
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and methodological knowledge ("The Lean Startup", "Customer Centric Growth").
• You have a strong network in startup ecosystems and communities.
• You are customer-centric and have a hands-on mentality.
• You speak fluent English, with knowledge of German being advantageous.
