StellenbeschreibungCoordinate the treatment and monitoring of Internal Audit & Joint Supervisory Team (JST) recommendations related to credit risk. Track remediation actions, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Set the action plan and coordinate with different stakeholders for implementation. Support the preparation of evidence and documentation required for supervisory follow-ups and reviews. Contribute to the preparation of closing memos, summarizing key findings, risk assessments, and remediation actions. Liaise with Credit Risk, Audit, Compliance, Business & SGO Teams to ensure corrective actions are completed within agreed timelines. Maintain comprehensive tracking tools to support audit and regulatory governance. Support ongoing credit risk processes, including portfolio reviews, credit risk assessments, and stress-testing exercises. Assist in risk reviews, and portfolio deep dives as required. Contribute to the enhancement of credit risk methodologies, policies, and frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve credit risk data quality, analytical processes, and reporting efficiency. Participate in innovation initiatives aimed at automating processes and integrating new analytical tools and techniques. Promote best practices in credit risk analytics and data governance. Work closely with Credit Risk, Audit, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure consistency and alignment of credit risk data and analysis. Participate in internal committees and meetings to present analyses, highlight key risks, and support data-driven decision-making. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Credit Risk Analyst, within the banking or financial services sector. Proven experience in credit risk analysis, portfolio monitoring, or regulatory-driven risk activities. Knowledge in Power BI and Data IQ is considered a strong plus. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables), Macros and VBA are a plus. knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis (considered a strong advantage). Familiarity with credit risk data architectures, data quality controls, and reporting frameworks. Solid understanding of banking practices and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to credit risk (e.g. supervisory expectations, audit requirements). Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate data into actionable credit risk insights. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning capabilities. Ability to identify risk drivers, trends, and vulnerabilities within credit portfolios. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment, interacting with risk, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated initiative and capability to manage assignments and projects autonomously. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Main Duties : Data Analysis
- Collect, process, and analyze credit risk and portfolio data to identify trends, concentrations, emerging risks, and early warning signals.
- Perform portfolio segmentation and risk driver analysis across counterparties, sectors, and products.
- Develop and maintain analytical models and metrics to assess credit quality, risk migration, and potential losses.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support credit risk monitoring and decision-making.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc credit risk reports for senior management, credit committees, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of all credit risk reporting outputs.
