Mechanical Design Engineer
My client is urgently looking for a freelance mechanical design engineer to aid with a construction project in Berlin.
My client has been awarded a project for a pharmaceutical client who is looking for a refurbishment and extension on their current manufacturing current plant.
he ideal candidate will create, draft, and design product layouts and schemes using my clients specification and recommendations.
This individual will test products and make adjustments where necessary. Additionally, they will examine broken products and resolve issues for future designs.
Tasks
Plant Layout Design : Develop layout concepts and designs for the plant, considering equipment placement, material flow, process efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Equipment Specification : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and specify mechanical equipment and systems needed for the plant layout, ensuring compatibility with process requirements.
Risk Assessment : Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
3D Modeling and Simulation : Utilise CAD software to create 3D models and simulations of the plant layout.
German & English speaking is essential for this role.

Mein Kunde hat ein Projekt für einen pharmazeutischen Kunden erhalten, der eine Renovierung und Erweiterung seiner derzeitigen Produktionsanlage wünscht.
Der ideale Kandidat erstellt, entwirft und konstruiert Produktlayouts und Schemata unter Verwendung von Kundenspezifikationen und Empfehlungen.
Er testet Produkte und nimmt gegebenenfalls Anpassungen vor. Darüber hinaus wird er defekte Produkte untersuchen und Probleme für künftige Entwürfe beheben.
Aufgaben
Entwurf von Anlagenlayouts : Entwicklung von Layout-Konzepten und Entwürfen für die pharmazeutische Anlage unter Berücksichtigung von Faktoren wie Geräteplatzierung, Materialfluss, Prozesseffizienz und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
Spezifikation der Ausrüstung : Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um die für das Anlagenlayout erforderlichen mechanischen Geräte und Systeme zu identifizieren und zu spezifizieren und dabei die Kompatibilität mit den Prozessanforderungen und Industriestandards sicherzustellen.
Risikobewertung : Führen Sie Risikobewertungen durch, um potenzielle Gefahren zu identifizieren und sicherzustellen, dass das Anlagenlayout die Risiken für Personal, Produkte und die Umwelt minimiert.
3D-Modellierung und Simulation : Einsatz von CAD-Software zur Erstellung von 3D-Modellen und Simulationen des Anlagenlayouts, die die Visualisierung und Analyse von Entwurfsalternativen und die Optimierung des Platzangebots ermöglichen
