We're looking for an outstanding Commercial Assistant to join our team in Munich

As a Commercial Assistant, your role encompasses managing purchasing and sales processes, which includes overseeing purchase orders, order entry, and customer invoicing.

You will also provide essential support to logistics, ensuring the efficient handling of goods in receipts and goods issued.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing purchasing & sales processes including purchase orders, order entry & customer invoicing
• Supporting logistics through goods in receipts and goods issued
• Verification of invoices for all goods & logistics
• Providing support for additional tasks within purchasing & sales
• Assortment and master data maintenance

Requirements

• Previous experience within a commercial position,
• Experience of fresh produce would be advantageous
• Fluent in English (C1 / C2)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communicator
• Good attention to detail
