Head of Product Operations
Our client, a fast-growing leader in climate B2B SaaS, is searching for an experienced Head of Product Operations to optimise and scale product delivery.
In this impactful role, you’ll drive operational excellence, aligning closely with the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to enable seamless execution and data-driven decisions.
This role is ideal for hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operations : Develop and implement strategies that align with product vision and business goals, enhancing efficiency at scale.
- Process Ownership : Build and optimise processes to drive efficient product delivery, from initial concept through to launch.
- Cross-Functional : Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams, ensuring unified execution of priorities.
- Product-Led Growth : Support the adoption of product-led growth strategies, preparing the organisation to scale effectively.
- Tool Implementation : Select and manage the tools and systems that drive productivity and collaboration across teams.
- Data-Driven Leadership : Set up performance tracking and metrics to enable data-informed improvements across the product lifecycle.
Your Profile :
- Experience : 5+ years in Product Operations or similar roles, with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS. Knowledge in sustainability, or ESG is a plus.
- Execution-Oriented : A proactive doer who excels at driving projects.
- Analytical Skills : Data-driven mindset with a knack for optimizing processes through metrics.
- Operational Expertise : Proven ability to build scalable frameworks and strategies to support growth.
- Collaboration Skills : Exceptional communicator and leader, able to unite cross-functional teams around shared goals.
- Language : Fluent in English
