Cloudway Talent have partnered with an international, leading manufacturing company based in North Rhine Westphalia in the hunt for their next eCommerce Tech Lead to help launch and scale a new B2B eCommerce experience.
They are looking for someone to help lead the technical development and creation of this platform, and adjacent platforms, that will enable their B2B and B2B2C customer base to have a best-in-class digital experience and support the wider growth of the business' revenue.

Responsibilities :
- Support and lead the creation and development of an eCommerce platform, organising SCRUMs, daily sprints, stand-ups and retros to support team performance
- Play a hands on role in the technical development of said platform, working with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js and Java
- Mentor and coach junior developers and engineers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Implement best practice for software development and integration between the eCommerce tool and the wider systems landscape
Experience needed :
- Proven experience in Software development, with a focus on Front-End Engineering and preferably with a knowledge of full-stack software development
- Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, Node.JS, React and associated tools
- Experience with MACH cloud development and integration and preferably, experience within the eCommerce domain B2B or B2C
- Strong stakeholder management, communication management and leadership capabilities
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer
- Fluency in English (German is of course a plus)
