Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Germany is looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager (m / f / d) based in Wiesbaden.
- The ADC Commercial Excellence Manager supports and assists the commercial organization by providing data, analysis and reports to develop metrics, KPI’s, answers to business questions
- Supports commercial organization to achieve strategic goals by providing high quality analysis and tools regarding market, sales and patient data.
- Giving actionable insights to drive business decisions based on data
- Developing and monitoring of the business performance through relevant processes, reports & KPIs
- Collaboration with the country management team and relevant functions on projects
- Monitoring of the progress and taking an active role in the implementation of projects and measures to achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities :
- Prepares or supports preparation of business metrics and KPIs to analyze business performance
- Acts as administrator of the CRM System (SFDC), including further development
- Evaluates the quarterly Sales force target delivery
- Creates forecasts with the help of advanced data modelling
- Designs rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas to management and company leaders
- Works on a wide portfolio of visualization projects, supporting multiple business partners
- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Understands, identifies, and implements the overall business vision for project work, keeping in mind cross-functional impacts, integration across the systems and IT compliance requirements
- Analyses datasets with the help of programming to extract actionable insights that will help drive business decisions Is willing to work independently as well as collaborate with internal and external customers and IT partners
- Performs ad-hoc analysis and reports
Qualification :
- Graduate university level education preferably in business / scientific-related disciplines.
- Previous experience as commercial or business analyst is a must
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience is preferred
- Salesforce.com and Veeva skills mandatory
- Coding skills in VBA, DAX, PL / SQL and Python or R mandatory
- Data Visualization experience in Power BI
- Relational Database experience in MSSQL & / Oracle databases
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Access and Powerpoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English and German.
