What you can expect:

• Project Management focus: Assist in planning coordinating and tracking activities for the Copilot rollout
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within our global IT organization
• Prepare and maintain project plans status reports and decision-making documents for key stakeholders
• Contribute to the introduction Microsoft Copilot including communication and awareness measures
• Floorwalking: Provide on-site support for employees during the rollout answer questions and guide them in using Copilot effectively
• Prepare and facilitate workshops stakeholder sessions and internal alignment meetings
• Analyze and structure complex topics related to transformation and change management
• Take ownership of specific tasks in cross-functional projects from research and documentation to coordination and follow-up

Your profile:

• Enrolled in a Bachelors program (from the 3rd semester) or Masters program ideally in Business Administration Digital Business Project Management or a related field
• Strong interest in organizational transformation and AI technologies
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and tools to confidently support employees during floorwalking sessions
• Analytical and structured mindset with attention to detail and processes
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working in cross-functional teams
• Proactive reliable and able to work independently
• Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)
