Power Generation Project Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Power Generation Project Manager (m / w / d) to join our team specializing in Sales for our Project Execution in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Lead and execute Power Generation projects in all technical and management areas from point of design to hand over to customer.
- Responsible for the plan and control manufacturing processes at packagers to meet lead times with high quality standards and fully support design considerations and co-ordination with suppliers, customers, other trades, etc.
- Ownership and management of all project financials pertaining to designated projects and responsibility of updating financial reporting systems and achieve set out commercial expectations.
- General Site Project Management duties.
- Preparation of own & sign-off on others Test Scripts / test reports.
- Preferrable knowledge / experience of switchgear, load management systems and control & BMS systems.
- Responsible for maintaining contract files (electronic & paper) throughout the project lifecycle, provide monthly reporting valuations and manage all aspects of Health & Safety within the workplace.
- Managing direct reports and cross functional team project based.

Qualifications
Education / Experience :
- Strong academic background eithin the field of Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical preferred) and fluent in English.
- Project management and supervisory experience within power generation or battery / control management systems industry is preferred.
- Experienced in a high level of communication and interaction with different stakeholders.
