Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable GoLang applications that drive our core products and services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps engineers, and front-end developers to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Architect efficient and reusable code while ensuring robust performance, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and uphold best practices across the team.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and debug production incidents to ensure the seamless operation of our applications.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to promote growth and innovation within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and technologies.
Required Experience :
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on GoLang.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices and APIs using GoLang.
- Deep understanding of GoLang's concurrency model, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Proficient in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and building distributed systems.
- Familiarity with modern CI / CD pipelines, and experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior developers.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued.
