A Japanese financial institute is currently recruiting a Multifunctional Trilingual Administrative Assistant at their Paris office.
This is initially a 6 month temporary contract, and the ideal candidate should have some work experience within Japanese companies, ideally more than 3 years. Business level fluency in English, French and Japanese will be required for this role.
TYPE : Initially 6 months’ temp (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS : 9 : 00-17 : 30 from Monday to Friday, with 1 hour 30 minutes lunch break
SALARY : €2,600~2,900 per month (depending on experience)
BENEFIT : Full travel expenses, lunch support
START : From March 2024 or April 2024 (TBC)
LOCATION : Central Paris (Office-based)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assisting the maintenance of their premises, including contract management
- Assisting accounting
- Assisting IT maintenance
- Assisting the managers (in particular in respect of their business travels abroad and their expatriation situation), and the visitors of the Tokyo office
- Gathering, treating and managing information
- Drafting correspondence
- Translations
- Purchasing office supplies
- Any other usual secretary tasks
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Ideally minimum 3 years of experience working in Japanese companies or corporate environmentExperience of accounting / bookkeeping would be advantageousExcellent written and spoken English, French, and JapaneseA team player with an inclusive approach towards all colleaguesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail, and problem-solving skillsReliable and hardworkingPC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)All applicants must have the right to work in France as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
