• You will manage team communications, including drafting emails, preparing presentations and liaising with stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and information sharing related to innovation initiatives.
• Additionally, you will also undertake ad hoc tasks and projects to support the overall objectives of the Innovation Department, utilising your design and social media skills.
• Finally, you will with various administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and initiating action items.
• Qualifications *Education : *studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication or comparable* *Experience and Knowledge : * experience in the editorial creation of texts and content design, creation of multimedia content JS and CSS are desirable, knowledge in the creation of specialist information is an advantage (single-source principle)* *Personality and Working Practice : * motivated, communicative, creative, team player, organized, structured, responsible, quality-oriented, independent, committed and proactive* *Enthusiasm : * interested in digital topics, high affinity for creativity, software and technology* *Languages : *very good in German and English*Additional Information Start : *according to prior agreement*Duration : * 6 months - 10 h / weekRequirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
