Your role and responsibilities

Would you like to become part of an innovative team in the field of energy technology? As a specialist in technical product marketing at our Digital System Center in Ratingen / Germany, you will play an active role in shaping the go-to-market strategy.

You will advise sales, develop customized offers and proactively drive market development. Use your expertise to inspire customers and help shape the future of energy technology!

• Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy in line with the global strategy and carry out all marketing activities in selected countries
• Support and advise the sales organization in promoting sales and services for power protection and control systems
• Design, costing and quotation of substation control systems and networks for protection and control systems based on inquiry documents and customer discussions
• Preparation of forecasts and business / marketing plans for the business development of protection and control systems
• Evaluation and dissemination of customer research, market conditions and studies.
• Promoting sales efficiency through presentations, training (technical and sales) and providing appropriate product information to the sales team and customers

Qualifications for the role

• A degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering
• Several years of experience in product marketing / sales / product management
• Knowledge of automation systems and Ethernet networks, preferably with a focus on energy technology
• A collaborative, solution-oriented approach to work and good written and spoken communication skills, fluent in English and German
