Holistic Anti-Cheat Integration Stakeholder Collaboration Align deliverables and expectations across game productions and technical domains. Identify training needs and career development opportunities for team members. Strategic Alignment & Reporting Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to senior management. This cross-functional team composed primarily of C Developers a Technical Lead and a Product Owner plays a critical role in ensuring fair play and competitive integrity across our titles.
As Team Manager you will focus on team performance project delivery and cross-team alignment . Youll foster a collaborative environment ensure adherence to the roadmap defined by the Product Owner and support the teams evolution through strategic hiring and continuous improvement practices. Additionally you will spearhead the expansion of our anti-cheat strategy by transversally collaborating closely with departments such as Online Services and Ubisoft Data Office ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to anti-cheat across the organization.
Youll be at the heart of ensuring millions of players around the world enjoy fair competitive gaming. Youll work with a passionate skilled team at the intersection of gameplay and security and contribute to building one of the industrys most trusted anti-cheat solutions.
What you will do :
- Team Leadership & Performance
Facilitate collaboration between developers technical leadership and the product owner.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear realistic roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Gain a full picture of anti-cheat efforts across game production and central teams connect the dots where needed and drive integration across departments all to deliver a fair playing field and enjoyable experience for players.
Act as the main point of contact for coordination between the anti-cheat team and production teams the Security and Risk Management Department or HQ teams.
Develop and execute a long-term hiring strategy to support team growth.
Ensure the teams roadmap contributes to the companys broader security and gameplay experience strategies.
