Possible Compensation : 285.000€ 320.000€* OTE

Description : Our client is a Series C SaaS vendor specializing in RPA software with offices in North America, Europe, and the UK.
They're a leader in the market and are in need of a new VP Sales to manage a European sales team.
This position will report to the Chief Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the different regions
- Lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports within sales and account management professionals
- Fostering a high-performance culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Stay up to date of industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes to inform strategic decisions
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and market presence
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, manage operating expenses, develop annual revenue plans, and collaborate on annual operating and strategic plans
Profile :
- 15+ years’ industry experience of B2B SaaS sales
- 8+ years’ experience as a director-level+
- Experience in managing teams remotely and across countries
- Expert in new logo acquisition
- A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales leaders and team members
- Leader by example and willing to work alongside the team
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- German and English fluency (C1+)
