We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise Architect

Eficode is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect. This is a new role and you will be key in creating and applying a unified and scalable IT structure throughout our entire business.

This includes working closely with ERP, HRM, and financial platforms. We're searching for someone who has a solid track record of setting up comprehensive global IT solutions that make our internal operations smoother and more connected.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our new Enterprise Architect, you'll play a crucial role in designing and setting up the core systems that keep our global operations running worldwide.

This involves crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy for integrating many systems into a unified IT framework. Your responsibilities will include :

• Strategizing and Implementing Global IT Architectures : Develop a master plan for integrating all country-specific systems into a single, cohesive architecture, ensuring seamless internal operations and information flow.
• Leading Enterprise Systems Integration : Focus on ERP, HRM, and Financial systems, using your expertise to create a robust, integrated toolset that supports our global ambitions.
• Driving Technological Innovation : Explore and introduce modern solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the realization of strategic business objectives.
• Advising and Collaborating : Act as a trusted advisor within the organization, promoting best practices in IT systems development and fostering a collaborative culture across teams to achieve a unified IT architecture vision.
• Ensuring alignment between business and IT : Ensure that the IT architectural strategies are in perfect alignment with business goals, facilitating growth, and operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?

This position is two-fold : our new Enterprise Architect will lead the architecture on a global level and can dive into the daily operations when needed.

Our ideal Enterprise Architect is someone with :

• A background in IT architecture design and development, particularly in rolling out ERP, HRM and financial systems globally.
• A solid track record of setting up and integrating comprehensive global IT solutions in large enterprises.
• Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of working effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize complex IT solutions.
• Shares our continuous learning and knowledge-sharing culture.

It’s advantageous if you have :

• Proficiency in HRM platforms, Netsuite, Salesforce, and Atlassian JIRA / Confluence, with a keen understanding of how to leverage these tools in a global architectural framework is an advantage.
• Experience in working within a consultancy business.
