We, the Real Estate Management team, perform all tasks of the owner function for the real estate of the Mercedes-Benz Group over the entire life cycle.

To this end, we communicate and coordinate with internal and external interfaces.

Your tasks in detail :

• Management of property submissions with checking and approval of property-related notices and preparation of property tax value declarations (if necessary also unit value declarations)
• Valuation of properties for purchase price allocation, estimation of remaining useful life and determination of insurance values
• Processing purchase, sales, rental, concession and lease agreements as well as leasehold matters and managing cadastral and surveying matters, including legally compliant and complete documentation
• Interface for the construction, legal, accounting and tax departments, among others
• Collaboration in investment and letting management
• Recording and constantly updating master data and documentation in the standard applications provided for this purpose
• Participation in the further development of methods and processes for the harmonization and standardization of activities in the Real Estate Management team
• Participation in projects, including the implementation of new real estate management requirements, introduction of SAP S / 4 Hana, digitalization projects and much more

Qualifikationen

Professional :

Successfully completed (technical) university degree in economics or engineering with a focus on real estate or comparable qualification (e.

g. real estate economist, real estate specialist, real estate agent)

• Several years of professional experience, ideally on the owner's side in an industrial environment, thus an understanding of legal, economic and technical relationships in property management
• Experience in the management of property levies
• Knowledge of German building law desirable
• Knowledge of the accounting and tax handling of real estate matters is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP and property-related IT applications
• Fluency in German and ideally a good command of English
