Zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir gegenwärtig einen Werkstudenten (w / m / d) zur Verstärkung unseres Standortes in Darmstadt. Als zentraler Bestandteil unseres Teams vor Ort werden Sie schnell zu Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Kollegen aus dem Vertrieb in einer Vielzahl von Fragestellungen, zur optimalen Platzierung unserer Produkte.

Diese Position ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Ihre Verfügbarkeit sollte zwischen 16 und 20 Stunden betragen und mobiles Arbeiten ist nach Rücksprache möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben :

• Sie unterstützen unsere Sales Manager im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsvorbereitungen sowie allgemeiner Vertriebsunterstützung
• Sie bearbeiten Anfragen in den Themenbereichen Projektstatus, Organisation von Kundenbesuchen und ggf. Trainings (Reisebuchung) und vielen mehr
• Sie unterstützen das Marketing bei der optimalen Platzierung unserer Produkte bei Kundenbesuchen, Messen und Kongressen
• Sie stehen im engen Austausch mit unseren Kollegen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und treiben Verbesserungsprozesse aktiv voran
