As a (Senior) Data Scientist (m / f / x) , you will play a key role in shaping how data and machine learning are embedded throughout our business. From optimizing product performance to improving user engagement and predictive insights that directly impact revenue and strategic direction.
This isn’t a back‑seat analytics role. You will own end‑to‑end data science initiatives, influence key product outcomes, and partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to build best‑in‑class data solutions at scale.
What You’ll Own
Data Strategy & Analytics
- Lead exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and opportunities that inform company strategy and performance optimization (e.g., retention, ROAS).
- Translate complex data into clear, impactful insights that influence decisions across teams.
Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for prediction, recommendation, and anomaly detection with a focus on real‑world impact and scalability.Ensure models are production‑ready, robust, and maintainable in collaboration with engineering and data teams.Data Engineering & Pipelines
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that enable high‑quality data ingestion, transformation, and model input for analytics and machine learning workloads.Partner with data engineering to evolve our infrastructure toward best‑in‑class data reliability and performance.Experimentation & Validation
Lead rigorous experimentation, including A / B testing, to validate hypotheses and quantify the impact of product changes and machine learning features.AI / ML Integration & Collaboration
Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI / ML solutions into enterprise applications.Ensure smooth deployment and scalability of machine learning models.Thought Leadership & Best Practices

Must-Haves
2–5 years of hands‑on experience applying data science methodologies end‑to‑end in production environments.Built and maintained scalable data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Databricks).Successfully deployed machine learning models into production (e.g., via API or streaming).Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses — you write and optimize complex queries.Exceptional ability to translate mathematical and ML concepts into actionable business outcomes.A collaborative mindset with a drive to solve hard problems with a team‑first attitude.Nice to Haves
Experience with advanced experimentation (e.g., causal inference, media mix models).Familiarity with deep learning , time‑series forecasting, or ML monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow).Background in AdTech or marketing analytics .Why us?
