Als erfahrener Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, den Aufbau und Etablierung des Bereichs Key Account Management mit einem Schwerpunkt auf die Segmente Öl & Gas und Chemie.

Aufgaben
- Verantwortung (P&L) für das globale Key Account Management der Gruppe
- Eruierung potenziell handlebarer Key Accounts auf Basis vorhandener Daten aus den Industrien Öl & Gas und Chemie mittelfristige Übertragung auf weitere Industrien
- Systematische Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien der jeweiligen Key Accounts
- Entwicklung und Einführung von Reportinglines / rules, KPIs etc.
- Betreuung von Key Account Managern
- Reporting an CEO der Gruppe
Profil
- Erfahrung mit Matrixorganisationen
- Netzwerk in den Zielindustrien Öl & Gas und Chemie sowie den dazugehörigen Anlagenbauern (EPCs)
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie Zielstrebigkeit und Motivation
- Ziel- und umsatzorientiertes Mindset
- Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick bis C-Level
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Tools
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
