Healthcare Europe is looking for a Field Service Engineer MR / CT to deliver the highest levels of technical solution to solve our customer service issues.
Responsibilities :
- Satisfaction : our customers are at the centre of everything that we do - as Field Service Engineer MR / CT, you are responsible for improving our customer satisfaction in the services that we provide as a team around the needs of our customers.
- Support : ensure execution of a technical service for permanent MR, High Field MR and CT systems. Achieve high customer satisfaction through an appropriate, prompt response to customer needs.
- Management : Execute on the plan for service engineers in line with business and customer priorities, local needs and requirements as set out by service contract and efficiency principles.
- Pre-sales activities : perform installations as established within the project planning schedule and in close collaboration with the International Project Planning department.
Align all systems to a profitable long term service contract as agreed with sales
Administration : ensure quotations are provided on time to customers (internal and external) to maximize on service opportunities.
Provide administrative support as required of the role.
share information with manager, technical team and where appropriate sales in order to maximize business knowledge of local markets.
Give regular feedback on market, products, product quality and other relevant information (eg pricing) to ensure requirements are included in future product development processes.
Reporting into relevant CRM tools.
- manage technical questions within an agreed timeframe and ensure that escalations are managed effectively. Support new product introductions to ensure a successful launch by managing a seamless integration within our current product portfolio in service.
- Adhere to FUJIFILM and COCIR codes as well as a focus on compliant collaborations with Healthcare professionals (HCP).
- Management : Ensure execution of company and country specific business processes in line with internal expectations as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulations.
Required Skills and Experiences :
- degree in engineering, or a state certificate in medical or electrical engineering
- several years of technical service experience and experience with MR / CT systems or other medical devices.
- in English and native in local language; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- service mentality and customer orientation
- communication skills, personal initiative and experience in working as part of a global organisation
- problem-solving skills and a process-oriented work attitude
