Job Description :
As part of this role, the job holder will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining and developing new and existing quality management systems in the German Toolshop.
The job holder will be the main point of contact for quality and support quality and process improvements in the tool shop.
Your main tasks
- Planning and implementation of suitable quality management systems in the German tool store in close consultation with the management level and the technical staff of the site
- Supporting the site as an expert in all quality processes
- Planning and coordination of projects for continuous quality and process improvement
- Establishment, maintenance and further development of test equipment monitoring and calibration
- Creating suitable infrastructures for data trending and data analysis
- Planning the processing and implementation of customer complaints
- Supporting the implementation / introduction of new innovative processes and technologies
- Helping to drive site and departmental targets / KPIs in improving the cost of non-conforming quality
- Development of work instructions, regulations and forms in the area of quality control and training of personnel
Your profile
- Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, physics or similar qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment or in toolmaking
- Experience with the creation of regulations (SOPs)
- Very good knowledge of statistics, measurement data processing and understanding of technical drawings
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and statistical tools, e.g. Minitab, as well as good knowledge of SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Further training in Six Sigma (Yellow / Green Belt) is desirable
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as high quality awareness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, a structured, goal-oriented and efficient working style, as well as a hands-on mentality
- Conscientiousness, reliability and a sense of responsibility
