Digital Content Manager
Within the Central Marketing team of the ODDO BHF Group, you will join the Design Studio, whose goal is to manage public platforms and to create impactful and expert content for clients, partners and the network of the Group, to ensure the best experience and increase brand awareness.
Reporting to the Group Digital Communication Manager, you will be a key player to shape ODDO BHF’s brand content. Based in Frankfurt, you will be the main point of contact for the German teams regarding social media.
To succeed, you will need to manage Earned, Paid and Owned visibility on the Digital ecosystem and track KPIs.
1.Management of the corporate website
- New CMS implementation, migration of the Corporate website and website adaptations via the CMS
- SEO optimization, in close collaboration with external agencies
- Digital marketing intelligence : identifying opportunities and best practices for the Group
- Analytics (traffic and behaviors using Piano)
- Management of JIRA ticketing (SCRUM method), with a focus on WebDesign (brief, quality analysis and feedback)
2. Social Media management
Main point of contact of the German teams :
- Social Media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) with the Group Digital Communication Manager, especially on German content : development of the strategy, calendar and post preparation, publication, community management, regular reports
- Leading LinkedIn trainings for the teams and the executive boards, as well as employee advocacy programs
- Internal support of the business units on the social media subjects
- Development and implementation of a global YouTube and Vimeo strategy, as well as a strategy for the Group’s video platform (ODDO BHF On Demand)
3. E-reputation monitoring and management
- Daily monitoring of reviews, brand sentiments and comments about the Group (specific tools are used by the Group)
- Support of the HR team and of the sales teams when answers and reactions are needed
4. Collaboration to the group’s flagship initiatives and organization of the transversal projects
As a member of the Design Studio, whose vocation is to incubate all Marketing Innovation topics, you will collaborate to the external visibility of all Group’s flagship initiatives
Requirements
- Completed studies with a focus in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- 2+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Social Media or Digital Communications
- Fluent in German, French and English
- Strong soft skills for team collaboration, especially in international environments
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to think strategically and to conceptualize campaigns
- Good knowledge of the financial sector in terms of professions and client expectations is a plus
- Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology is a plus
