Your Role
As part of a dynamic and people-focused support team, you will :
Deliver high-quality customer service in German (C2) , with English (C1) for internal communicationHandle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathySupport patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with clear and accurate guidanceAssist with product usage and basic troubleshooting while following quality and compliance standardsCollaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure service excellenceWork Schedule
Monday to Sunday – 24 / 7 rotating shiftsOccasional night shifts (22 : 00–07 : 00)Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : €1,100 gross / month (paid 14 months)Attendance Bonus : €400 gross / month (paid 11 months)Meal Allowance : €7.63 net per working dayRelocation support for a smooth move to sunny PortoRequirements
