HR Administrator (m/f/d)
For our HR team within the Service Unit Europe we are looking for a reinforcement at the Hamburg location in the function of HR Administrator / HR Generalist (m / f / d).
Your tasks :
- In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for all administrative HR issues for managers and employees within HELM AG and the European branches.
- You will be responsible, for example, for preparing onboarding as well as creating and processing employment contracts, references, certificates and other HR documents.
You will provide advice on topics such as maternity protection and parental leave and will be jointly responsible for the design of operational HR processes and their smooth running.
In addition, you will be involved in digital workflows in our eHR system (SAP Success Factors, UKG People Doc), manage these and derive corresponding activities.
In this context, you will also advise employees on topics relating to Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
- You will be in close contact with other HR functions such as Recruiting, HR Business Partner, Global Mobility and Compensation and Benefits.
- You will support your team in the creation and evaluation of personnel statistics and take on the coordination of appointments and documentation of internal personnel discussions, such as exit interviews.
- Together with you, we accompany and support employees in 14 European countries, which means that changes in regulations and internal changes to the organization require constant adjustments to our working methods.
In addition to your day-to-day business, you are therefore continuously adapting and developing your own work area and processes on your own responsibility.
Your profile :
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in HR administration - ideally in an international company.
- In addition to a strong service orientation, you have a friendly and reliable personality, are tolerant and are characterized by a confident appearance and an independent way of working.
You feel responsible for what you do, think outside the box and actively address the need for change.
- You enjoy administrative topics in the HR area, like to use the systems offered and attach importance to careful and correct work results.
- You are an open and integrative person in a team. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and continuously developing it, as well as working on problems that arise in a solution-oriented manner.
You are also motivated to take on new challenges.
- You also have a good general knowledge of labor and social security law and are fluent in German and English. With additional foreign language skills, you could be a great addition to our team.
- Working with common IT applications in the context of personnel management rounds off your profile.
