WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will support our HR business partners with HR tasks e.g. coordinating appointments and organising and following up on workshops.

You will take part in various projects in the area of personnel development for example in the design of new career models.

As part of the team you will share responsibility for the introduction of comprehensive processes and strategies for staff retention and participation.

You will use the knowledge gained from your studies to improve processes and methods in the area of HR support and development.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

You are enrolled in economics HR management or a comparable degree program.

You are available as a working student for at least two semesters.

You are characterised by an openminded and proactive attitude. Your working style is independent conscientious and committed.

You are also a strong communicator in both German and English.
