Safran Helicopter Engines Germany GmbH is a global manufacturer of gas turbine engines and a wholly owned subsidiary of Safran Helicopter Engines based in Bordes, France.

In Hamburg, we provide customer services and commercialization to many countries in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe as well as Central Asia.

The geographical area we serve covers over 300 customers in both civilian and military segments, totaling nearly 2,200 engines.

Approximately 70 colleagues from 15 nations give their best every day to fulfill our mission

Currently, our new facility, HanSafran , is being built on approximately 6,000 square meters, emphasizing our principles of growth and sustainability.

With the use of solar panels, a green roof, and an energy-efficient heating and cooling system, we aim to operate climate-neutrally at Nordport in Norderstedt.

We are looking for a

Customer Service Representative (m / f / d)

As our future Customer Service Representative (CSR) you actively represent the interest of our international customers. As our customers' first point of contact, you will act as liaison between the customer, internal departments and other branch offices, provide product / services information and resolve any emerging issues that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Manage communication with the customer in both fluent German and English language
  • Identify and assess customers' needs and offer commercial solutions in cooperation with internal process partners
  • Create commercial offers and ensure on-time delivery
  • Customer satisfaction assurance follow up after service completion
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Understand and adhere to complex contract agreements between our customers and our internal process partners
  • Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • General understanding of contract structures
  • Higher education diploma or equivalent; or 3 to 5 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in the German and English language required, French language skills are beneficial
  • Familiarity with SAP system and MS Dynamics preferred
