YOUR ROLE

We want you to be the product manager for our service-oriented data platform. Discussing all business, functional and operational requirements discussing with a dedicated team.

Learn about new technologies and solution design of your and future platform components for an evergreen modern platform.

• You speak with digital product teams for analytical use cases to understand their need.
• You design and own platform services and focus on technical and functional requirements related to technology applied in any digital product across the entire enterprise, e.g. SME for Databricks
• You evaluate new technologies when and before they are released in your work with software engineering teams.
• Leverage experience in complex digital environments to assess and evaluate technology trends and innovations for dx platform strategy, platform roadmap incl.

the execution of PoCs or technology reviews.

Work on partnerships with global leaders in digital technology to identify additional enhancements for our platform components proactively.

E.g. Microsoft, Google, etc.

You will work in a small dedicated, empowered agile team that understands and delivers internal customers

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in computer science (economics), information systems, technical engineering or comparable disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting for data and analytics use cases, ideally in modern data platform architecture and concepts, i.

e. data mesh, modern data warehouse

• Product management experience preferred as well as Software engineering experience and mindset in your approach to challenges
• First experience with cloud-based data and analytical technologies and experience with cloud deployments (Azure preferred) and multiple analytics software products, i.

e. Fabric / Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, Snowflake, Teradata, Tableau, Dremio

• Good moderation and negotiation skills including very good practical knowledge of agile methodology
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
