The Manager Global Process SuccessFactors is accountable for the strategic development, governance, and operational support of the assigned SAP SuccessFactors modules (Talent, Succession Management, Learning) and associated processes. The role ensures that global and local business requirements are met, processes are standardized, and systems operate efficiently in alignment with Group IT and organizational standards. The position plays a key role in designing, aligning, and gaining agreement for global HR processes, while fostering collaboration across regions.
Key Accountabilities
Define and implement a global strategy for continuous development and optimization of assigned modules.
Lead and execute global and regional projects (rollouts, upgrades, new functionalities, process changes).
Manage system configuration and module settings in partnership with Group IT.
Drive change management initiatives and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Group HR, IT, regional HR, SMEs, key users) and external partners (consultants, software providers).
Collaborate with other Global Process Managers and SMEs on cross-module initiatives.
