We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The role can be based in one of our offices in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid) .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands‑on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies across all our country locations. This includes a wide range of roles across functions and levels.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and more.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand.
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve processes.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international, fast‑growing tech organization.Experience hiring commercial positions.Proven ability to use data to track pipeline efficiency and improve workflow.Proficiency with recruitment tools and software.Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities.Skill in identifying passive candidates using creative sourcing methods.Employer branding experience.Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on‑site days at our office.Fluent German & English language.A vision for excellence and a proactive approach to building or improving processes.Why You Should Join Us
