Responsibilities as a Project Manager :
As a Project Manager at Mint, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing stakeholders' expectations, and mitigating project risks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a proactive manner.
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
