Sie absolvieren Ihr Praktikum / Ihre Arbeit im chapter Point-of-Care Research & Early Development. Die Aufgabe des chapters ist die Vorentwicklung von Point-of-Care Systemen für die nachfolgende Sie erwartet :
Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, neuartige Biosensorvarianten zu entwickeln und im Detail mikroskopisch, spektroskopisch und vorallem elektrochemisch zu charakterisieren.
Hierzu erarbeiten Sie neue Layouts und Methoden des Schichtaufbaus, begleitend nutzen Sie eine Vielfalt an unterschiedlichen physikalisch-chemischen Charakterisierungsmethoden.
Ferner werten Sie die Messdaten mittels neu zu erstellender Algorithmen Sie sind :
- Sie haben Ihr im Fachgebiet der Bio(Chemie), Elektrochemie, Mikrosystemtechnik oder verwandter Studienfelder mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Herstellung bzw. Charakterisierung von (Bio-)Sensoren, insbesondere der Herstellung von Dickfilmsensoren mit.
- Sie kennen idealerweise die Grundlagen der Elektrochemie, Polymerchemie sowie der elektrischen Messtechnik.
- Sie verfügen idealerweise nicht nur über Grundkenntnisse der Statistik, sondern bringen auch Kenntnisse von Methoden zum Filtern und Fitten von Messdaten mit.
