- Design, implement, and update PA / QA processes to meet standards and requirements
- Ensure comprehensive, current, and accessible documentation
- Organize product and quality assurance roles within the team
- Coordinate between project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support for PA / QA issues
- Lead and manage the Project PA / QA team with clear objectives and roles
- Support in establishing and maintaining quality management throughout project lifecycle
- Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
- Report on good practices, non-conformities, trends, audit statuses, KPIs, and quality costs to the CEO with regular updates and monthly reports
- You have a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, or similar qualifications
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Product Assurance role in the European Space / Aerospace industry, thus have knowledge of applying the standards relating to the European space industry (ESA, ECSS, etc)
- You have excellent English skills (written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary
- You have experience in delivering work-packages to time and budget constraints
- You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 9100 is desirable
- You are experienced with Quality Management Tools and Techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with strong time management
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working under pressure
