Sap Customer Relationship Management Consultant
We are currently working with a leading multinational retail company there commitment is to providing exceptional customer experiences drives our continuous growth and innovation.
My client is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis for 12 months. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP CRM solutions according to business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP CRM modules and a strong understanding of CRM processes.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyse business requirements for CRM implementation.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement CRM solutions, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and service modules.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of CRM solutions.
- Stay updated on SAP CRM best practices and new features.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP CRM modules.
- Proficiency in SAP CRM configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
- Experience with SAP CRM integration with other SAP modules or third-party applications.
- SAP certification(s) in CRM modules is a plus.
- German B1 minimum
