About the Role :
As a D365 Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in the sales process by showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE) to prospective clients.
You will collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to understand client needs and demonstrate how D365 can address those needs.
Your expertise and presentation skills will be instrumental in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor presentations to showcase relevant D365 F&O or CE features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including answering client queries and addressing concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 F&O and CE, and industry trends.
- Assist in creating sales collateral and other documentation to support the sales process.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a D365 Presales Consultant, with expertise in either F&O or CE.
- Strong understanding of ERP or CRM systems and business processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
