Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital analytics strategies for a variety of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises.
  • Utilize and enhance skills in tracking (Google Tag Manager), data analysis (Google Analytics and other tools), reporting, and automation (Looker Studio).
  • Engage in client meetings and maintain regular communication.
  • Identify and assess key performance indicators, generate automated reports, and offer actionable insights for clients.
  • Learn and apply new marketing technology and Google Cloud tools for strategic client initiatives.
  • Provide consulting support to SEO, SEA, Social Advertising, and Content Marketing teams, while building foundational knowledge in these areas.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate new ideas into projects and daily operations.
  • Mentor and guide trainees and junior team members in MarTech.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and presentations for both internal and external audiences.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4 years of experience in digital analytics with a keen interest in online marketing.
  • Completed studies in (online) marketing, data analysis, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an aptitude for technical implementations.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google BigQuery and / or Matomo is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, teamwork capabilities, and a passion for learning new subjects.
