Qualifikation

• 5+ Years of Experience : Demonstrated expertise in backend development, especially with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Tech Stack Mastery : Proficiency in distributed systems like RabbitMQ / Kafka, ScyllaDB / Cassandra, and Postgres.
• First Principle Thinking : Ability to dissect complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
• Urgency & Commitment : A high drive for results, managing tight deadlines effectively.
• Scalability Focus : Experience in developing and scaling systems for massive user bases.
