Tasks

• Providing personal IT support directly at the service point
• Assisting with everyday IT issues (Windows hardware Office mobile devices)
• Issuing exchanging and receiving laptops monitors and accessories
• Performing minor technical checks and troubleshooting
• Documenting issues in the ticketing system
• Working closely with experienced IT specialists

Youll be working closely with people right in the thick of things and have the opportunity to continuously expand your IT expertise.

Requirements

Were looking for dedicated colleagues who enjoy working with others have excellent communication skills and are passionate about solving everyday technical problems.
