Pre Sales Engineer
TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Sales department as a PreSales professional.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to potential clients.
Tasks
Respond to customer technical inquiries, providing detailed and accurate explanations of
our product architecture, integration capabilities, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with the sales and consulting team to qualify leads and identify customer
needs, aligning our solutions with those needs to tailor proposals and presentations.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, effectively
communicating the features, benefits, and value of our cybersecurity solutions.
Participate in the preparation of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that all technical questions are
answered thoroughly and in alignment with customer expectations.
Serve as a liaison between the sales and product development teams, providing
feedback on market needs and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and
development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, compliance regulations, and
competitive offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Develop and deliver technical training to the sales team, enhancing their ability to
understand and sell our solutions.
Manage the technical aspects of pre-sale engagement, ensuring documentation,
proposals, and presentations are of the highest quality.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to product manufacturing are a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
- technical concepts into clear and compelling language.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, understanding their
- challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations and product
- demonstrations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks
- effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to sales support.
