Chief Executive Officer
For our client, an international physician-led healthcare provider in the primary care sector, we are looking for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the growing German market.
The company
Founded in the early 2000, the company aims to revolutionize primary healthcare services for patients and practicing GPs alike.
With 90 locations spanning Ireland, the Netherlands and now Germany, the company employs over 1200 dedicated professionals and serves over 600,000 patients annually.
After successfully entering the Dutch market in 2020, the company has now ventured into Germany to establish their pioneering primary care structure.
They seek to introduce a partnership model for GPs, focusing on fostering collaborative relationships. Recently, they acquired the hospital required as a cornerstone for setting up the structure in the German healthcare system.
The Opportunity
To drive the growth and strategic direction of Centric Health in Germany, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as Managing Director / Country Lead Germany.
This role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future of primary care in Germany while collaborating with an international organization at the forefront of digital healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the general practice group in Germany
- Develop and implement strategic goals and business strategies
- Establish a sustainable incentive model and partnership structure for GPs
- Drive M&A activities and integration efforts
- Cultivate a strong company culture aligned with the company’s mission and values
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead programs for operational excellence and quality improvement
Qualifications
- Ideally, you have studied medicine or have experience in physician management
- Senior leadership experience in a similar-sized organization
- Background in healthcare management or closely related field preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills
- Experience in operational excellence and M&A integration
- Understanding of the German healthcare environment
- Fluent in German and English
