Your tasks?

You support our team, particularly in goods receiving, including customs handling , package acceptance and shipment.

You support the ordering and acceptance of software licenses.

You support the creation, description and optimization of processes .

You will gain insights into facility management and support us in space planning, setting up technical workplaces and managing and maintaining our buildings.

Supporting the commissioning and management of service providers is also one of your tasks.

You will also support other cross-team topics of our Business Unit Governance & Business Services if necessary and interested.

You will help in the preparation, organization and moderation of meetings as well as in the planning and implementation of team meetings.

Your profile?

You study real estate management, business administration or a comparable degree program .

You feel like getting to grips with it and want to support our team with a hands-on mentality.

You draw yourself through a solution-oriented way of working and empathetic communication .

You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and like to take responsibility for your activities.

Reliability and team spirit are a matter of course for you.

You want to be on site with your colleagues at the office.
