Senior Product Manager (all gender)
Your mission
Climate Farmers is a growing organisation that’s building the infrastructure for scaling regenerative agriculture in Europe.
We achieve this through the development of transition finance instruments, a thriving farmer-led community, and supply-chain transition support.
At Climate Farmers, your mission as Product Manager is to cultivate and nurture the infrastructure that enables and empowers regenerative land stewardship.
By developing and maintaining applications that enhance customer interactions, our platform supports farmers to better track, measure, and learn from their practices on their journey towards regeneration.
In this role, you will :
Cultivate the final product to meet high-quality standards and stakeholder expectations, including managing relationships with external stakeholders
Contribute to the product vision and translate it into a detailed roadmap and actionable backlog
Break down large product roadmap items into smaller, implementable pieces of customer value, sequenced for optimal implementation
Monitor and analyse key metrics to assess progress towards the product vision and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, always striving to create clarity
Develop, implement, and lead early-stage product processes to ensure efficient and effective product development
Work flexibly within constraints to deliver roadmap milestones on time and within budget
Please note that for this role we will be collecting applications until end of June and plan to start the interviewing process beginning of July.
Your profile
Several years of experience in product management, including taking at least 2-3 products from early stages to success
Preferably the ability to navigate both technical requirements and user needs effectively to create well-rounded products.
We'd be very excited, if you had the chance to gather low-code experience before.
Proven ability to contribute to a product vision and turn it into a comprehensive roadmap and backlog
Passion for building and leading early-stage processes to enhance product development efficiency
Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage complex project requirements to achieve product goals
Enthusiasm for promoting and building systems that ensure and incentivise true regenerative agriculture
Fluency in English, any additional European language is a plus
