Sales Operations Manager and Business Developement (m / w / d) Summary Reporting to the VP Sales Europe, the Sales Operations Director and Business Development is responsible for developing and implementing insight-driven commercial strategies in the EMEA region.
The goal is to implement tailor-made commercial footprints per EMEA country, leveraging the experience from existing structures as well as Pan-European synergies whenever existing. Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements of existing & future Pan-European stakeholders & customers to ensure their needs are being met;
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company’s goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth;
- Design and support implementation of commercial models according to relevant stakeholder mapping per and across EU countries;
- Work with cross-functional teams towards country launch plans
- Identify best practices and consolidate lessons learnt from existing commercial structures in order to constantly improve the European model;
- Drive European targeting & segmentation model;
- Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.);
- Lead Pan-European projects (i.e. CRM or CLM systems) aiming for incremental efficiency & ROI;
- Establish a monitoring standard of commercial performance & activities using key metrics and prepare according reports for senior management;
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
- Build up a demand planning process across the EMEA region and act as main point of contact for planning to business partners across the organization, e.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Economics, Health or Medical Management or similar;
- Minimum 5 years prior experience working in a similar role;
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking, time management, and planning and organizational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proven professionalism and confidentiality;
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship-building skills;
- Presentation skills are an asset;
- Good level of English it s mandatory;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team setting.
