Litigation & Technology Lawyer - Your role :
- Manage dispute resolution processes : litigation , arbitration , and mediation .
- Draft and review documents in intellectual property , technology , and competition law .
- Collaborate to enhance expertise in corporate disputes and IP / IT.
- Participate in presentations and legal publications .
- Build client relationships to understand business needs.
- Drive business development to attract new clients and boost the firm's reputation in IP and IT.
Litigation & Technology Lawyer - Your profile :
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on technology-related cases.
- Registration on the List II of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Fluency in French and English ; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology and legal innovation.
Litigation & Technology Lawyer - We offer :
- Attractive compensation package reaching a maximum of €95,000 gross annually , accompanied by a performance-based bonus .
