Your tasks
- Whether GenAI and statistical models, machine learning algorithms or predictive analyses - you develop and implement precisely the solutions that enable us to scale even the most complex mountains of data.
- You also put the finishing touches to our data processing, design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure and always have an eye for scalability and reliability.
- You don't take any chances with your data, so you ensure that it is flawless in terms of quality, integrity and security with well thought-out and robust data governance and data management practices.
- In all of this, you not only listen to the data needs of business customers, but also turn them into actionable recommendations that you communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- And of course, you always have your finger on the pulse when it comes to data science and AI, find your way around the latest techniques and technologies and recognize where we can improve and how.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of Python, SQL and machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as working with cloud platforms, LLMs, RAG techniques and model fine-tuning
- Sound background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling and data mining techniques
- Practice in data management, including data modeling and database administration, ETL processes as well as data governance policies and best practices for data quality and security
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, routine in stakeholder management
- High intrinsic motivation and hands-on mentality
- Innovative spirit and a sense for sustainable solutions
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
