Your Mission

The Business Technology team is Sonars innovation engine and were harnessing the power of generative AI to redefine productivity and enhance our services. We are looking for a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer to be a key architect of our intelligent automation this role you will be laser-focused on designing building and optimizing the sophisticated AI agents and prompts that power our internal systems primarily leveraging Googles Gemini and the Glean enterprise platform. You will be instrumental in shaping how Sonar employees interact with AI creating intuitive effective and powerful solutions that solve real business problems.

What Youll Do

• Architect AI Interactions : Design develop and meticulously refine complex prompts and prompt chains to build robust AI agents within Glean and with Gemini transforming business requirements into functional intelligent systems.
• Collaborate & Innovate : Partner directly with product managers software engineers data scientists and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation and build the solutions.
• Optimize for Performance : Rigorously test analyze and iterate on prompt performance. Use data-driven insights to enhance the accuracy efficiency and reliability of our AI agents responses.
• Build a Center of Excellence : Develop and manage a scalable library of advanced prompts establishing best practices for AI interaction that will be adopted across the organization.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Remain on the cutting edge of advancements in generative AI multi-turn dialogue systems and prompt engineering techniques to ensure our solutions are best-in-class.
• Troubleshoot & Refine : Act as the subject matter expert for debugging and resolving issues related to prompt performance and AI model behavior.
• Document for Scale : Create clear comprehensive documentation for all prompts interaction guidelines and agent functionalities to support widespread adoption and understanding.
