As part of our collaboration with a law firm in Luxembourg, that cares about the family oriented atmosphere, we are looking for an Associate Corporate Lawyer who wishes to work within an international structure.

The firm was established almost ten years ago in Luxembourg and currently employs 30 people in Luxembourg, and has several offices abroad, allowing them to have a presence in several European countries.

You will have the opportunity to join a team of 10 lawyers consisting of colleagues from the Corporate law department, ranging from a Junior to Partner level. Although you will be joining an international structure, you will have the real feeling of working in a law firm that values each of its team members, and where you will be able to develop your technical knowledge and have the possibility to move up to a senior position.

To organize your professional and personal schedule the best way possible, you will have the possibility to work from home, up to 2 days per week, allowing you to combine the lawyer profession as best as possible with your personal activities and ambitions.

Your Responsibilities | Mid Level Associate Corporate – Law – Legal – Law firm - Avocat

• You will work on Corporate and M&A matters, including all transactions such as restructurings, acquisitions, mergers, liquidations and so forth. The objective being to take on these cases in the most autonomous way possible.
• You are also responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documentation, agreements and contracts.
• You will follow up on client requests via physical meetings or conference calls with clients and offer them complete advice in order to respect the high standards of the law firm.
