Key Responsibilities :

• Pre-Sales and Application Support
• Provide expert guidance to customers on how to effectively utilize our software to streamline their tasks and achieve their objectives
• Assist in the installation and configuration of our software products, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process for our clients
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, identify workarounds and delivering effective solutions to maintain optimal operations
• Advocate for the interests of our customers within internal teams, ensuring that their needs and concerns are understood and addressed promptly and effectively
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the development team, playing a key role in facilitating continuous product development and enhancements
• Gather customer requirements and demonstrate application usage
• Work with sales management in identifying opportunities with existing and new customers

Requirements :

• Completed education or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 2 -5 years experience in presales or technical support capacity
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts and application usage in an understandable manner
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and / or the usage of various CAD software is a plus
• Knowledge of engineering and mechanical product design is a plus
• Familiarity with multiple industries such as Transportation and Mobility, Aerospace, and Manufacturing
• General understanding of various PLM (product lifecycle management) systems
